She completed her schooling in Italy and Sri Lanka and saw firsthand how language could challenge and empower. She embraced these experiences, using them as the foundation of her future. This global upbringing prepared her for the next stage of her journey.
Her academic journey took her to the United Kingdom, where she earned her first degree and improved her English. Learning remains her driving force. Now at Pisa University, she is pursuing a Master’s in Physiology, guided by her curiosity about the human mind, communication, and development.

With over five years of teaching experience, she has guided both children and adults through their language-learning journeys, always emphasizing clarity, patience, and self-belief. Her understanding of psychology and human behavior informs a teaching philosophy centered on encouragement rather than pressure.
While pursuing her education, Ishara also ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Brava Food Production. This achievement earned her recognition as a young female entrepreneur. Despite her business success, her core values remained unchanged: growth, resilience, and purpose.
Beyond classrooms and professional success, another defining part of her story is compassion. Her charitable work in Sri Lanka, which includes personal development seminars in underprivileged schools and visits to hospitals and care homes, reflects her enduring belief that education is not only about knowledge, but about uplifting lives. These efforts further demonstrate the holistic vision behind PrimeC Academy.
